The method has an order and you go through it: what you have, what it proves and how clearly, the story it adds up to, and then everything you say out loud and in writing.

How that is split, how often we meet and how long each session runs is set with you at the start. Somebody three weeks from a specific interview and somebody who has not been asked the question in nine years do not need the same shape.

The worksheets do not expire and neither does what you built in them. If life happens partway through, we move.

The coaching starts the day you book. The year of RADAR starts the day the software opens, which is the same date for everybody who buys before then.

I would rather lose the sale than take money from somebody this will not help.

What coaching does not mean here

I will not write it for you.

I draft and push back, then cut what does not hold. You decide every word that ends up carrying your name, because you are the one who has to defend it in a room I will not be in.

I will not score you.

No composite, no readiness figure, no number out of ten attached to your career. We mark the proof, never the person holding it.

I will not flatter you.

You are paying for somebody with no stake in telling you the draft is fine. If it is not yet the thing you meant, I will say so and I will say why.

I want you gone.

It ends, and then you have it. This is not a retainer and I am not building a dependency, because the measure of it working is that you stop needing me.

What if RADAR has not opened yet?

The coaching runs regardless. A person delivers it, and it starts the day you book.

Why are there two prices?

$749 is what this costs before the software exists to carry part of the work. Once RADAR opens it is $2,999.

What does it take from me?

Three or four hours a week, and more in the week the whole thing comes together. If you cannot find that, wait until you can.

Do I need to buy RADAR separately?

No. A year of it is included in what you pay here, and there is nothing further to buy.

Do you guarantee a job?

No. Nobody honest does. What you will have at the end is the ability to say what you are worth and back it up when somebody asks a second question.
